Mini Grants 

We want to make it easy for you to get involved. This year SLO Regional Rideshare is offering Mini Grants to individuals and organizations who want to promote bicycling throughout San Luis Obispo County.  Either propose the event that you’ve always wanted to experience during Bike Month or choose one of the great annual events that still need leaders.

15 Mini Grants of up to $100 will be awarded to bike related projects, promotions and events.

Grant applications must be submitted by April 1, 2008 at 5:00 pm to be considered. 

Mini grants can be used to: 

    ·  Host a bike-in day at your school or church, and host a picnic afterward for riders   
    ·  Offer tune-ups and/or free lunch to your employees who arrive by bike   
    ·  Host a ride to the beach, touring wineries, or to great birding spots       
    ·  Show your favorite bike movie   
    ·  Or other exciting cycling related events that you dream up!
