Frequently Asked Questions:

> When can I purchase my pass online?
You can purchase your pass anytime, 24 hours a day…7 days a week! Rideshare will begin selling the upcoming month's passes (up to 3 months in advance) by the 5th of each month and will close on the 21st of the same month (unless the 21st falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will close on the next business day). Passes must be purchased a minimum of 7 business days before the start of the month to be delivered in time for 1st of the month usage.

> When will I receive my pass?
Rideshare will mail your pass within 2 business days of your purchase. If you never receive a pass(es) that you purchased online, please call 781-4362. Please Note: If you purchase your pass(es) using an eCheck, than Rideshare will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

> What type of credit card can I use?
You can buy your pass online with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card.

> Can I use my debit card?
As long as your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, then you can use it to purchase your pass.

> Is there a shipping and handling charge?
Yes. Rideshare charges a $1.55 shipping and handling fee per pass and Pay Pal charges 2.9% per transaction (noted in the tax field at checkout).

> Why am I being charged a 2.9% tax?
Great question. That is not a tax, it is Pay Pal's charge for each transaction. We simply put that fee there so you could see it at checkout. There are actually not taxes charged to the pass or for the transaction.

> Is paying online secure?
Yes! We use the latest technology offered by PayPal™ to ensure that your online purchase is secure.

> What is Rideshare's refund policy?
Rideshare will only refund unused, returned passes. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced.

> Why doesn't Rideshare sell senior and disabled discounted passes online?
Discounted passes require identification for purchase and therefore must be done in person at an outlet. Rideshare is investigating ways to adapt this policy for online purchasers.

> Why doesn't Rideshare sell daily or weekly passes online?
Due to delays in shipping, Rideshare is currently only selling monthly passes. Until we can determine a faster shipping method, we are limited to selling monthly passes.

> Who do I contact if I need assistance?
