·         The online store will begin selling the upcoming monthly passes (up to 3 months in advance) by the 5th of each month and will close on the 21st of the same month (unless the 21st falls on a weekend or holiday, then it will close on the next business day).  

·         All passes will be post marked within two business days of purchase. Plan on a minimum of 7 business days to receive your order. If you need passes sooner than that, purchase at these locations.

·         Passes must be purchased a minimum of 7 business days before the start of the month to be delivered in time for 1st of the month usage.

·         NOTE – a $1.55 per pass and 2.9% per transaction fee will be applied at checkout

·         Discounted passes for seniors, students and ADA eligible participants must be done in person at these locations.

·         Rideshare is not responsible for lost or stolen passes
