You can purchase your pass anytime, 24 hours a day…7 days a week! That's the beauty of purchasing online.
> When will I receive my pass?
Rideshare will mail your pass within 2 business days of your purchase. If you never receive a pass(es) that you purchased online, please call 781-4362. Please Note: If you purchase your pass(es) using an eCheck, than Rideshare will not ship your pass(es) until the eCheck has cleared, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
> What type of credit card can I use?
You can buy your pass online with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit card.
> Can I use my debit card?
As long as your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, then you can use it to purchase your pass.
> Is there a shipping and handling charge?
No. At this time, shipping and handling is included in the pass price.
Can I purchase more than one pass at a time?
Yes. You can purchase as many passes as you like at one time (ideal for youth programs such as YMCA or Summer Camps)

> What is Rideshare's refund policy?
Rideshare will only refund unused, returned passes. Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced.
