Ride that will begin in downtown SLO and make it’s way to Cuesta College. There, we will ride as a group to a hikeable area no farther than 5 miles from Cuesta Campus. After a short hike break where we will identify local plants with the guidance of the tenured professor of Botany at Cuesta College, John Veres, we will bicycle back to Cuesta College campus and have a “poetry church” where there will be a variety of poetry, performance art, and music performances. we will attempt to get the performers to create material that is related to both bicycles and plants.
