The SLO Tweed Ride is a leisurely metropolitan bicycle ride with a bit of style, where cyclists dress in traditional early 20th century attire (tweed, wool, knickers, hats, mustaches, oxfords, etc.) and hopefully accompanied by a continental accent as well. Any bicycle is accepted, but classic vintage bicycles are encouraged as we cycle by San Luis Obispo’s iconic landmarks. Along the way, we will stop for a tea break and a picnic stop. We will end back at Triangle Park for lawn games and old-school socializing. Awards for best dressed and poshest bicycle will be given out.
