For the Bike Coalition’s Fitness Day, Omni Prana Yoga is hosting an All Ages / All Levels – yoga inspired Core Strength and Balance routine led by Jonathan Gabriel ERY200. This course is divided into 3 stages, covering 3 different stations located in the park, followed by a bike ride led by Vanessa from the Bike Coalition. Make sure to bring a bicycle and a helmet!
Stage 1: EARTH : Warming up the Body
Stage 2: WATER : Vital Core Training
Stage 3: FIRE : Athletic Kick Boxing
This event is designed for All Ages, Youth. No prior experience is needed. We will be focusing on opening the body, cultivating core strength and postural alignment.
