Come do a little yoga to celebrate Bike Month in SLO by challenging your body and mind in a different way. Yoga has been proven to strengthen, stretch, and align the body, it helps clear the mind, and can improve your cycling performance and comfort. This class will be a flow based class so expect a faster-paced class where you’ll move, sweat, and be challenged. Since this class is FREE and space is limited, we recommend registering in advance!
